MOTOR MEDIA INC. revs up in California
20-year aftermarket veteran, Joe Sebergandio steps out on his own

Glendale, CA - O.K., here's the situation. You have been in the Automotive Aftermarket business for well over twenty years. Your past exploits included stints as the Publisher of Petersen's 4-Wheel & Off Road Magazine, FOUR WHEELER and SPORT TRUCK Magazine. You've presided as Primedia's V.P. / Automotive Performance Events, producing such incendiary monster shows as the HOT ROD Magazine POWER TOUR, The NIRA Sport Compact Drag Racing Series, CAR CRAFT STREET MACHINE NATIONALS and a swarm of others. Everybody knows you; everybody loves you.

So what do you do now?

You hang up your own shingle, that's what! In 2003, Joe Sebergandio took the plunge and incorporated in California . Our firm, MOTOR MEDIA INC. scored an immediate coup by reaching an agreement to represent SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association) in a variety of key roles, specifically as the exclusive sales agency for all of SEMA's event sponsorship sales as well as all of SEMA'S printed publications and SEMA NEWS (eastern territories.)

Additionally, MOTOR MEDIA INC has secured additional responsibilities hooking up with UROC (UNITED ROCKCRAWLING OFFROAD CHALLENGE) selling their television advertising on ESPN2.

A handsome portfolio of print, event and television properties in hand was even further enhanced in 2005 as MOTOR MEDIA INC. announced that the firm will represent NATIONAL SPEED SPORT NEWS/America's weekly motor sport's authority, handling all of their national mail order and tire advertising accounts!

"This has been my life's work," said a modest but clearly excited Sebergandio. "MOTOR MEDIA, INC. represents every available automotive medium for our clients!"

Brian Paik
Joining the MOTOR MEDIA family in 2005 and reuniting with his past V.P. is Brian Paik. Upon graduating from the University of California, San Diego with a degree in Economics, Brian joined the corporate finance department at Emap Petersen. After a quick stint in finance, Brian was personally brought on board to Emap's events division by Joe as the group's business manager. It was here where Brian learned the ins and outs of the automotive industry by helping to produce such classic events as the Hot Rod Power Tour, Rod & Custom's Americruise, The NIRA Sport Compact Drag Racing Series and many more.

Prior to MOTOR MEDIA, Brian held account management roles with a Fortune 500 staffing company as well as one the country's leading food-service company.

Outside the offices of MOTOR MEDIA, you can find Brian spending time around town with his wife, being in the outdoors or down in his hometown of San Diego.
